Bespoke sash window and door joinery for home renovation

Working on-site during a large home renovation and conservatory extension project, Tre Concepts and Marnick Builders were brought in by the architect to build and deliver four new sash windows and two external doors. The aim was to bring some new life into the property whilst retaining its historic charm.

As with all our projects, all the specified pieces were first modelled in a CAD software which is shared with the architect and building owner. Once the designs have been refined and measurements finalised, we take the files back to the workshop for construction.

Putting our 11 strong team of master joiners to work, the wood of choice for this project was a utile, which is extremely durable and well suited for external uses.

Once the components were ready, the wood was finished in satin white before being joined and transported to the site, ready for fitting by the main building contractor.
