Designed for you

The process of designing and installing your handcrafted wood flooring starts with our team of experienced carpenters and fitters helping you to choose the most suitable wood species, laying pattern, texture, and colour for your new wood floor.

With over 15 years’ experience delivering wood flooring projects for a range of clients, we offer friendly, informed advice; from your initial enquiry where we discuss your requirements, to providing samples and fitting your brand new floor.

We know that every home and business is different, and as such we are pleased to offer a range of wood species, patterns, grades, and finishes, to help you achieve the desired effect for your space.

Flooring installation

As a natural material no two pieces of wood are the same. A hardwood floor installation requires careful measurement and specialist knowledge to ensure the highest quality finish.

With our expertise, we are able to offer complex laying patterns such as herringbone, work against uneven walls, or prepare a suitable subfloor prior to laying.

As part of the process, we:

  • Measure up and design your new floor.
  • Carry out a full site survey, including a moisture survey.
  • Deliver the flooring with care.
  • Install to the last detail.
  • Guarantee both the material and the installation.
  • Provide personalised instructions on how to look after your floor.

Installation services

Subfloor preparation

Care needs to be taken at the beginning of the installation to ensure that the site conditions and the subfloor are correct. We will carry out a series of checks and if necessary undertake work to prepare the subfloor for installation.

Underfloor heating

Underfloor heating (UFH) has become a widely used method of heating a home or workplace. We can offer advice regarding the installation of hardwood flooring with underfloor heating, and the aftercare of your new floor.

Aftercare

Once your flooring has been fitted we offer advice and a comprehensive range of cleaning and aftercare products. This helps maintain the finish and longevity of your new hardwood floor.
