Our Process
Following your enquiry, our team of craftsmen will undertake an initial consultation via phone or email to discuss your project and carry out a feasibility study. After this, we will invite you to visit our Covid-safe showroom, where we will outline a design, and provide an estimated quote for the project.
Once you have confirmed your commitment with a small deposit, we will carry out a site survey at your home or business, complete draft drawings, and specify materials, before providing a final estimate.
When you have reviewed and approved the final estimate, draft drawings, and materials, a 50% payment will be required, after which we will create detailed drawings, and manufacture your new wood floor or joinery goods.
On completion of manufacture, a 25% payment will be required before we deliver your goods to site for fitting by our team of craftsmen. A full review, polish and sign-off process will then take place, with a final payment of 25% due within 14 days.
